Ingredients

0.5 oz - Agave Honey

0.75 oz - Freshed Squeezed Lemon Juice

1.5 oz - Gin

Rose

Garnish: Lemon peel

Steps

1) Combine Honey, Lemon Juice, Gin in to a shaker. Add ice, cover, and shake well. 

2) Pour through a strainer into a coupe glass.

3) Top off with Rose. Use best judgment or until glass is full.

Tips/ Taste

Created this awesome cocktail using Whitley Neil gin and Algod Rose. This is a fruity drink and the lemon really does bring all the flavor together. Perfect patio pounder for hosting an afternoon happy hour -  if you are taking the fam to a pool, grab a big gulp, add ice, and enjoy the sunshine!
