Ingredients 
1 cup - Strawberries
2 oz - Chocolate
1 cup - Ice
3 oz - Vanilla Ice Cream
2 oz - Creme de cacao, white
2 oz - Vodka
Steps - Glassware
- Pour about an inch of water into a small pot. Bring to simmer or until steam is rising.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place into a heat safe bowl (and wide enough to fit the top of the glass) Place the bowl over simmering water, not making contact with water
- Frequently stir chocolate until it is 80% melted. Remove from heat and continue stirring until the chocolate is liqufied.
- Dip the glasses into the chocolate. Rotate glass around. Place in freezer.
Pro tip: tilt the bowl and scoop with the outside of the glass up while rotating.
Steps - Cocktail
- Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth. (Exclude the chocolate pieces)
- Pour into beautifully crafted glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry
- Enjoy!
